Our Blasting Booths operate with various types of abrasive, ensuring high productivity rates, as the recharging of the abrasive is done automatically and simultaneously with the Blasting operation, allowing the work to restart immediately when the abrasive is spent. This system requires extremely small foundations, and can be built without foundations or even in mobile booths.
 
 
 

FEATURES

 
 
Door(s):
The service door(s) can be metallic opened manually, power-driven reinforced canvas with metal profiles or on the roof.
 
 
 
Booth structure:
Constructed in sandwich panel profiles, 4 cm thickness, of polyurethane, or carbon steel plate bolted together, enabling construction of any size. The Booth is entirely lined with anti-abrasive rubber (side and doors - 3 mm).
 
 
 
• Lighting:
Sealed against abrasive and dust tight, and dimensioned to obtain maximum luminosity inside the Booth.
 
 
 
 
 
Abrasive recovery system:
Longitudinal and a cross screw conveyor, activated by pneumatic cylinders to push or pull the abrasive. Grid/person. Steel plate bucket elevator with lifting belt, driven by a gear motor of 2.2 Kw and 220/380V, placed on top. The elevator moves the used abrasive to the separator unit. Here, the abrasive is separated from the contaminated dust and, after the cleaning cycle, falls into the storage hopper that feeds the Vessels.
 
 
 
Control panel:
Mounted inside an armoured cabinet, equipped with programmable logic controller for automatic control of the equipment's functions.
 
 
 
Blasting Equipment:
Pressure vessels built in conformity with the European standards in force, subject to hydrostatic testing, pneumatic remote control, operator protection, air filter suitable for human breathing. Option of an extremely efficient pneumatic system with high performance nozzle(s). Could be equipped with level sensor for replenishment.
 
 
 
 
 
• Dedusting Unit:
The combination of deflectors for air inflow/outflow guarantee excellent visibility, and also eliminate the abrasive waste. Filtering cartridges with polyester elements, automatic cleaned by an electronically controlled pulse-jet system. Optionally, among others, the equipment can be supplied with noise muffler / filter.
 
 
 
  • Abrasives:
Metallic (steel grit) or mineral (corundum / aluminium oxide) and glass (microbeads), under direct pressure.
